Bartron Medical Imaging MED-SEG™ System is a powerful, highly available multiprocessor workstation that allows the wealth of information generated by processing through the MED-SEG system.  BMI's MED-SEG System incorporates NASA's RHSEG technology and we believe will provide improved diagnoses for a wide range of medical images.  Using MED-SEG, physicians and healthcare practitioners can enhance a digital medical image by further extrapolating its data to uncover features in the image that are not visible to the naked eye.  Once images are processed by the MED-SEG System, it is essential to transmit the data to a secure, capable target.  The MED-SEG Workstation is this target.  It is composed of a front-end terminal for segmentation feature extraction, pattern recognition and classification of medical images.  It incorporates the firmware and software essential to view the processed images, reliable and secure communication and storage, the requisite computer power for expected practitioner image manipulations, and display options for the MED-SEG image data.
